DVP’s next scheduled meeting will be April 23, 2026.

The results of the 2026 Board of Directors Election were certified at the March 26 meeting. Newly elected members include Kate McDuffee, Alison Huyett and Whitney Reed. Terms are three years.

Below are all DVP Board agendas and past meeting minutes. If you would like to be added to the agenda distribution list, please send your request here.

The DVP Board of Directors regularly meet on the 4th Thursday of each month, at 9:00am, inside the board meeting room at the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach Hotel when available. The Board meets in early December to avoid the Thanksgiving holiday. See agendas below.

Scheduled Committee Meetings – to be updated as meetings are scheduled

  • Executive Committee: None scheduled. When held in person, typically meets at law offices at 39 N. California St.
  • Finance Committee:  The next finance meeting will be held by Zoom on Wednesday, April 22. For any finance materials, email here.
  • Economic Development Committee: None scheduled. When held in person, the group meets at Happy Place Eatery at 586 E. Main St.
  • DVP’s Promenade Ad Hoc Group, one of the ad hoc groups under the Expanded Zone Committee: Next meeting will be held at 10am Tuesday, May 26 at Aloha Steakhouse, 364 S California St.
  • Board formed new Committee at May 22 meeting: Business Attraction, Retention & Growth Committee. Group has not scheduled its first meeting. TBD.
