DVP’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be Jan. 23, 2025.

Below are all DVP Board agendas and past meeting minutes. If you would like to be added to the agenda distribution list, please send your request here.

The DVP Board of Directors regularly meet on the 4th Thursday of each month, at 9:00am, inside the board meeting room at the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach Hotel. The Board meets in early December to avoid the Thanksgiving holiday. See agendas below.

Scheduled Committee Meetings – to be updated as meetings are scheduled

  • Executive Committee: no meeting currently scheduled. Typically meets at law offices at 39 N. California St.
  • Finance Committee: no meeting scheduled. Typically meets at Patagonia’s offices at 96 S. Olive St. For any finance materials, email here.
  • Economic Development Committee: no meeting scheduled. Typically meets at 5:15pm on third Tuesday of the month at Ventura Coast Brewing Co. at 76 S. Oak St.
  • DVP’s Promenade Ad Hoc Group, one of the ad hoc groups under the Expanded Zone Committee: Group to meet at 10am Wednesday, Jan. 15 at Aloha Steakhouse, 364 S California St.
  • Beautification Committee: no meeting scheduled.
