A beloved plant known to calm the nervous system, clear mental fog, and support emotional balance. We will craft a gotu kola tea blend as we enter a guided tea ceremony, to connect deeper with the spirit of the plant. We’ll close with a sound journey — soothing tones to quiet the mind, bring ease to the body, and open the heart. Leave feeling clear, rooted, and deeply supported by the plants, the sound, and the sacredness of circle.
