The DVP is governed by an 11-person board: 7 are Property Owners, 3 are Business Owners (including nonprofits), and 1 director is appointed by the City Council. This year, there are 2 Property Owner seats and 1 Business Owner seat up for election. Each term lasts 3 years. This is an unpaid position.
