Fit Buddha is a Megaformer studio in downtown Ventura offering Lagree-style workouts that combine strength, cardio, and flexibility in one low-impact, high-intensity class. Each 40-minute session targets every major muscle group through slow, controlled movements on the Megaformer machine, building strength and burning calories without stressing your joints.

What We Offer

Megaformer classes built on the Lagree Fitness Method, which combines muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and full-body toning into every workout. Classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors provide modifications throughout so the workout meets you where you are, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. Cycling classes and combo classes are also available.

About the Owners

Marcus and Eva Kettles founded Fit Buddha with a vision to combine fitness and holistic wellness in one studio. Marcus is a former NCAA athlete, triathlete, and longtime Lagree and Pilates practitioner. Eva is a holistic medicine practitioner with over fifteen years of experience across five continents and specializes in personalized Megaformer training. Together they’ve built a welcoming community where every member gets personal attention and real results.
