Vermont ice cream maker Ben & Jerry has a tradition of memorializing its favorite rock bands in flavor names (Cherry Garcia, Phish Food, Dave Matthews Band Magic Brownies). Last year it launched Bohemian Raspberry in Britain, a fruity tribute to the Queen song Bohemian Rhapsody that was suggested by fans and approved by the band itself. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Mercury Phoenix Trust, an AIDS charity founded in honor of the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.
