Welcome back the Light! Agni means fire in Sanskrit. Every year Pixie offers the Agni practice at Summer and Winter Solstice as a celebration of the Light and the Sun. We will celebrate Winter Solstice, the return of the Sun, and invoke the Fire within to burn the remnants of any negativity that remains in your life and transform them into clarity and focus for the new year to come. The Agni practice will take us through 108 push-ups done with intention and purpose.
Music will inspire and movement will bring radiance and presence to the body, mind and soul.
