Ventura Film Society presents “One Cut, One Life”

“When seminal documentarian Ed Pincus, considered the father of first person non-fiction film, is diagnosed with a terminal illness, he and collaborator Lucia Small team up to make one last film, much to the chagrin of Jane, Ed’s wife of 50 years.”

The Ventura Film Society is Ventura’s only year-round source for quality alternative cinema. Since 2008 they have shown over 200 films at their festivals, screening series and special programs, paying tribute to films and filmmakers, from emerging talents to acknowledged masters, with compelling live appearances and special programs.
