Friday October 27 and every 2nd Sunday/4th Friday of the month NAMBA hosts a Songwriter’s Open Mic with Ventura songwriter Henry Stewart. This is an evening of acoustic open mic musical entertainment for songwriters. Our focus is to give voice to our local talent in an environment that promotes a professional show experience complete with a quiet and attentive audience of our peers. We have performers come from far and wide to enjoy our stage. Doors open at 6 pm, Henry warms up the mic at 6:45, and the show starts at 7 pm. Each performer gets 10 minutes in the spotlight. One cover song only per set. We are thrilled by the amazing amount of talent, of all ages, that forms our Listening Room community!
