Richard Senate Ghost Talk & Tour

Saturday, December 7th 7pm–9pm

Ghosts of WWII – December 7th 1941 caught the nation and Ventura by surprise with  the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The shock of the surprise attack caused a wave of panic all along the Pacific coast.  The epic event left ghosts that still linger on the streets of Ventura. The influx of young men brought many changes. Young women became “Victory Girls” to raise moral and  support the war effort. A few still seem to walk the streets and hotels of today’s Ventura. We will explore the supernatural side of World War Two.  The tour begins at Bank of Books with a talk and a tour of haunted sites.  Fee:  $6 per person
