Partner Yoga Workshop with Pixie Kastrup

Practicing yoga with someone else can enhance your relationship while improving the body, mind and spirit of each individual. Create a peaceful and compassionate space for communication, trust, intimacy and union and join us in a special couples yoga workshop where we will breathe, move and explore with a partner. Bring a friend, brother, sister, parent, child, lover or whomever you choose and let’s play! We will create a safe space where we can connect with our partner and then explore moving through different asanas together as one. What a great way to celebrate February’s month of Love!
Since 2000, Pixie Kastrup has made studying yoga not only her profession, but her life. She was drawn to yoga due to the balance it provides of internal quiet and external strength. Just as practicing yoga is an important part of Pixie’s routine, teaching it to others comes naturally. Pixie previously lived and studied in India, where she received her yoga therapy certificate. She currently studies yoga with Shiva Rea and Mark Whitwell. She holds a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science focusing on health and wellness. As a private wellness coach, she also tailors programs to meet clients’ nutritional and fitness goals.
