It's Cassoulet Time!

From Monday, March 3 to Saturday March 8, 71 Palm Restaurant will be serving Cassoulet. Cassoulet is a delicious dish from the Languedoc Region of Southwest France. It’s prepared with white cannellini beans, fresh tomato, duck leg confit, smoked bacon, roasted pork and garlic sausage – a hearty traditional winter meal!

Please ask your server about featured wines & beer specially selected by Chef Didier to complement and enhance your dining experience.
