Artisan bread with cultured miso butter

Spring pea tart, fresh peas, cured ham, caramelized onion, and labneh

Sake cured local black cod, charred cucumbers, littleneck clams, porcini mushrooms. and dashi broth

Chocolate panna cotta with salted caramel coffee granita and Chantilly cream

$60 per person (tax & gratuity not included)

Wine, beer, & non-alcoholic options are sold separately.
