A Day with ERIC SMALL, Senior Iyengar Teacher Saturday, March 26 11 – 4:30p $85 Join the delightful Eric Small for his yearly visit to Yoga Jones to incorporate more fully Mr Iyengar’s contribution to the world of Hatha Yoga. The program will be focusing on: ~ Integrating your existing knowledge of Hatha Yoga ~ Creating/customizing sequences for personal practice ~ Understanding the effects of Iyengar Yoga in your sequences Eric Small has been teaching yoga since 1965. He became involved in the practice after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at age 22. Now in his 80s, Eric is an amazing testament to the healing power of yoga and a personal home practice.  Eric is Director of the Beverly Hills Iyengar Yoga Center and as a certified Senior Level Teacher also travels throughout the US and Europe conducting workshops and seminars for both m.s. and non m.s. students and instructors.
