The Arc Foundation of Ventura County, Inc. (Foundation) was established in 1989 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation to raise funds to support The Arc of Ventura County ’s programs and services. The Foundation is a separate entity from The Arc of Ventura County , with its own volunteer Board of Directors. To accomplish their mission, the Foundation operates two thrift stores in Ventura County.
