Dargan’s Irish Pub & Restaurant has been bringing the spirit of Ireland to Ventura since 2004. As a family-owned business, Liam Sherlock has continued on his family’s tradition of operating friendly Irish pubs. Hailing from Co. Tipperary, Ireland, Liam relocated to California over 20 years ago, and recognized the need for a “local” pub — as they call it — somewhere that anyone can feel comfortable and welcome.
