We offer Bikram’s Beginning Hatha Yoga Class, original hot yoga seven days a week. All classes are 90 minutes long and accommodate beginners through advanced yoga practitioners. We encourage and welcome people from all walks of life and beginners to come to class (even if you’ve never done Yoga or any forms of exercise before). We have a beautiful Eco friendly School with all the facilities. The classroom has controlled heating, humidification, and fresh air circulation system.
